SHIPPING & RETURNS
How long will it take for my bikini to arrive?
If you live in portugal (continent or islands), it will usualy take 2-3days to arrive once we ship it. For international orders it may take a few more days.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we have shipping options for most countries! If yours is not listed by default, contanct us. We will be happy to find a solution.
How much does shipping cost?
We only offer tracked shipping options so that no orders get lost. In Portugal (islands and mainland), the cost is 5.04€. For most Europeran countries, the cost is 10€. USA, 17€. Other locations usualy 15€.
Exchanges and Returns
We accept changes & returns only of unpersonalized items, for up to 7 days after you received your order. Items must be unused, and you are responsible for covering the shipping costs of the return and exchange when it aplies. Once we receive your order and everything is in order, we will refund you the full ammount and/or send you the new items in case of changes.
SWIMWEAR ORDERS
Is it possible to order different sizes for top and bottom?
Yes. Each body is different, and we want your bikini to fit you perfectly! If you have special requests, please order a personalized piece and we will tailor it to your request!
How long will it take untill I have my order?
It will depend wether or not your bikini is in stock. I case it is, we will ship it as soon as we confirm your payment. In case it's not in stock, we try to be as brief as possible, but it can take anything between 1 (sometimes less) and 3 weeks. If you have some urgency, contact us and we will try find the best solution for you.
My order is wrong.
If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you!
I'm not sure about my size. What shoud I do?
We have a table of sizes available. If that does not help, don't exitate in contact us and we will be happy to help!
If you end up ordering the wrong size, you can allways exchange or return it! (please read Exchange & Returns)
None of the payment options are suitable for me.
For now, we only process payments manualy using: Bank Transfers, MBWay, and paypal.
In the case none of these are suitable, please contact us so we can try to accomodate!
I was not notified after I made my payment.
We've had issues with Shopify sending automatic payment notifications, and we're sorry. If you followed payment instructions, most likely we already processed it and everything is in order! In any case, feel free to contact us for any questions!

Yes! We'd love to see you wearing our bikinis! Check the UGC upload section for some examples of content we love and submit your best photos & videos for a chance to appear in our website and/or instagram!

We love to see you in our bikinis! Tag @fika_madebyme in any photo/video with our bikinis for a chance to be featured :)

We try our best that all our materials are recycled: from the fabric to the packaging.
